Home prices outlook to diversify in different cities
Underpinned by eased government policies and increasing capital inflow, the country's property market is expected to rebound with the overall increase in home prices, especially in first and second-tier cities. In some third or fourth-tier cities, however, prices are expected to continue to fall because of huge property stock and weak demand.
