Large Medium SmallBEIJING -- Chinese shares slipped for a third straight day on Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.86 percent, or 18.79 points, to close at 2,164.32.
The Shenzhen Component Index fell 0.31 percent, or 26.43 points, to close at 8,486.52.
