New Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Made by Sino-German joint venture Beijing Benz, the new E-Class will be formally launched at the Chengdu Motor Show.

To meet the needs of different customers, Beijing Benz offers two distinct model ranges: the "dynamic version" with a sports grill featuring a central star and the "timeless version" with a classic grill and standing star on the bonnet.

The car is available in three engine options: 1.8-liter turbocharged, 3.0-liter naturally aspirated and 3.0-liter turbocharged. The new 3.0 turbo has maximum power of 333 hp and top torque of 480 Nm.

Hyundai Mistra

The mid-sized sedan is the latest product by Sino-Korean joint venture Beijing Hyundai and is positioned between the Elantra Langdong and Sonata in the company's product portfolio.

After making its global debut in Shanghai in April, the model is showcased at the ongoing Chengdu Motor Show and is expected to be launched before the end of this year.

The car was specially developed for the Chinese market and is designed to compete with other popular models such as the Volkswagen Sagitar and Buick Excelle GT. It has a 2,770 mm long wheelbase.

The all-new Ford Mondeo

The all-new Mondeo made at the joint venture Chang'an Ford has significant changes in both exterior and interior designs.

The body is larger with sharper headlamps, while the interior uses softer materials and a "man-machine interactive system".

The new model is equipped with a 1.5-liter GTDi turbocharged engine that offers peak power of 133.2 kW and top torque of 240Nm.

It offers two powertrain variants with a six-speed automatic transmission standard.

New BMW 3 Series Touring

The imported model is making its China debut at the Chengdu Motor Show. It goes head-to-head with the Audi A4 allroad and Mercedes-Benz C-Class estate.

The car is 97 mm longer than the 3 Series sedan with a wheelbase of 2,810 mm. It has a trunk space of 496 liters, 35 liters more than the sedan version.

It is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, which has two power options - 135 kW or 180 kW.

BMW's ConnectedDrive service is available in the new touring car.

New Volvo S80L

Launched at the Chengdu Motor Show, the flagship product from Volvo has an improved exterior, interior, powertrain, safety equipment and rear passenger compartment. Staying true to the brand's essence, the car is equipped with Volvo's latest safety technologies, including an adaptive cruise and impact avoidance systems with an automatic brake function.

Volvo's interior air quality system is standard on the model to ensure a purified cabin space with clean air "like in the North Europe", the company said.

Range Rover Evoque Rock Your Summer limited edition

The limited edition with only 250 units for sale in the country offers a specialized color match of Sicilian Yellow for the main body and the Santorini black for the roof.

The interior also uses yellow and black with sport seats exclusively designed for the limited edition.

The Rock Your Summer edition is equipped with a 2.0-liter Si4 turbocharged engine and six-speed transmission. It generates peak power of 176 kW and can accelerate from zero to 100km/h in 7.6 seconds.
