Reese Witherspoon ready to wed?

Reese Witherspoon is ready to marry again.

The 'Legally Blonde' actress - who has daughter Ava, 10, and six-year-old son Deacon with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe - has reportedly told friends she wants to walk down the aisle again with Hollywood agent Jim Toth, who she started dating earlier this year.

"She isn't going to propose to him or anything like that - she's still a Southern girl at heart - but she has definitely dropped a few hints and he's absolutely head over heels for her."

The 34-year-old star - who dated actor Jake Gyllenhaal for two years before meeting Jim - has even been shopping to find her ideal engagement ring.

The source added to America's OK! magazine: "Reese micromanages everything. Of course she'll want to give some input on the ring she'll be wearing for the rest of her life."

Ryan - who recently split from long-term girlfriend Abbie Cornish - has given Reese's new romance his blessing.

He said a few weeks ago: "I trust her to make the right decisions around our children. I hope she feels the same way."

Despite the recent relationship changes in their parents' lives, the 'Cruel Intentions' star insists his children are unaffected by his romantic choices.

He added: "If the kids care about mom and dad, and if that's consistent and they feel protected that way, they don't really care so much about who the parent is dating. They just don't."
