Driver gets homesick, leaves bus on busy street

Updated: 2009-10-09 15:42 A bus driver was detained and fined 500 yuan ($73) after he left his bus on a busy street, causing a heavy traffic jam in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province. The driver, surnamed Guo, got off the bus and took a taxi back home. Traffic eventually returned to normal after the bus was moved, however, the bus company still does not know why the driver left the bus so abruptly. (Changjiang Daily) |
