Patient pleasantly surprised by cost of medical treatment

A man in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, was delighted to discover that his treatment for constipation only cost 0.01 yuan (less than a cent).
The man, a local resident, accompanied his friend to a hospital. There, he got talking to a doctor about his recent constipation.
After careful questioning, the doctor gave the man a prescription and the man was surprised when he discovered the price of the medicine was only 0.01 yuan.
According to Yang Li, director of the hospital, the hospital is trying to better satisfy patients and has begun charging less for treatments to reduce the medical costs for patients.
