China provincial legislator under probe

BEIJING -- Li Wenke, a senior legislator in Northeast China's Liaoning province, is being investigated for "severe disciplinary violations," the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) has said.
Li is vice head of the Liaoning Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee.
