Bringing sustainable value to changing economy

When I sat down to write Good Value, we were approaching the height of the world's worst financial crisis for over 70 years.

Today, the financial and economic outlook is looking brighter, and we have begun to learn and put into practice some of the important lessons we have learned.

But the devastation caused by the crisis and the ensuing synchronized global recession is still with us, and is felt all around us.
