ROK police halt suspected people smugglers

SHANGHAI - South Korean police have found another missing Chinese tourist, one of a group of 44 who deserted a cruise ship after it docked at the southern resort island of Jeju on Sunday.
The man, surnamed Yang, was found in the city of Kwangju, about 600 kilometers from the island, local media reported.
Reports said police also detained two Chinese suspected of organizing illegal immigrations on Wednesday.
