Trainer Liu Chunlei delivers a speech on performance improvement during the 8th Forum on Enterprise Training and Talent Development in Beijing, April 20, 2012. Liu said enterprise training is facing new challenges because of the rapid growth and development of new knowledge. Past experiences don't work today, and new business models can kick even time-honored industry leaders out of the market.
