Xi to head central commission for integrated military, civilian development

BEIJING - Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, will head a newly formed central commission for integrated military and civilian development, according to a decision by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on Sunday.
