Internet cafes must meet higher standards ( 2003-09-16 13:46) (China Daily) Shenzhen started re-registering Internet cafes this week in a move to shut down small and unsafe establishments, reports Guangzhou Daily. Only those Internet cafes that have more than 60 computers and occupy space of at least 150 square metres will be allowed to remain open.
