Consumers have the right to know the actual value of goods or services. When customers purchase goods, they have the right to require merchants to provide the following information in accordance with different situation: goods prices, origin, producer, usage, performance, size, grade, main ingredients, production date, expiration date, certificate of inspection, operation instructions, service and other relevant information; when customers receive services, they have the rights to require merchants to provide the following aspects according to various situation: service content, specifications, costs and other relevant facets. As for the merchants, they are obliged to deliver their authentic and clear reply to customers who inquire the quality and use of the goods or services.
