Method of setting up the foreign capital enterprise in China
Establishing foreign-capital enterprise shall apply to the department in charge of foreign economic relations and trade under the State Council or agencies authorized by the State Council, and foreign investors shall apply for registration after the approval within 30 days after receiving the approval certificate to the administrative department for industry and commerce and obtain business license. The foreign capital enterprise in accordance with Chinese law concerning requirements for legal person shall obtain the status of Chinese legal person.
