Penalties for acts such as intentionally exposing one’s body in a public place

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who intentionally exposes his own body in a public place or molests another person, if the circumstances are extremely bad, shall be imposed on a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days; any person who molests a mentally disabled person, or mentally disordered person, or a person who is under the age of 14, or commits such act with other serious circumstances, shall be imposed on a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days.
