The 2013 Practical Program on China’s Development Experience, held by the Institute of Public Administration and Human Resources of the Development Research Center of the State Council, concluded on June 4.

Zhang Laiming, vice-minister of the DRC, attended the closing ceremony and made a speech. Jin Xu, president of the Ministry of Commerce’s International Business Institute for Officials, and Li Lan, vice-director-general of the Institute of Public Administration and Human Resources, delivered speeches at the event. Zhang and Jin presented course-completion certificates to the 19 students from 11 countries.
