          Abstract:

          Based on interviews with and questionnaires by enterprises, the article analyzes the following four issues: 1. appraisal by enterprises on the overall effects of cracking down activity; 2. reasons why the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit goods could not be checked; 3. main difficulties in cracking down counterfeit activity; 4. comments on the role played by administrative and judicial departments in cracking down counterfeit activity.
