Abstract:
The stability of economic growth has been promoting and the upgrade of consuming structure has been accelerating since 1998. Along with the change in investment and favorable balance, the final ratio of consume is fluctuating. The changing mode of economic development results in such characteristics. The character of consuming growth and its relation with economic growth in the new phase should be rightly understood, the effect of expansionary consuming policy should be estimated in order to lead consuming growth rightly and promote its pull to the economic growth.
