Abstract：

Judging from the product character, breakeven fund is a kind of low venture and semi-closed fund which is a breakthrough for the traditional investment concept of common fund. Under the current security market environment, the breakeven fund has the sound deposit replacement function and it could cultivate investors and formulate complete fund product line. At present, the risks of breakeven fund should not be overestimated and the development of breakeven fund within the present legal framework does not have any legal hindrance. Therefore, we should make positive explorations for the development of breakeven fund.
