Gao Shiji, director-general and research fellow of the Research Institute for Resources and Environment Policies, Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), took part in the 2nd International German Forum held from Jan 18-21, in Berlin, Germany. The forum dwelled on the ways of improving people's benefits through innovation with the theme "What matters to people - innovation and society".
