Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), led a team to Baoding, Hebei province, to conduct research on the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from April 22 to 23.

The delegation held symposiums in Baoding and Zhuozhou, a county-level city administered by Baoding, and listened to suggestions from representatives of local government departments, SMEs, and financial institutions.
