Abstract: We need to look at the world and the relationship between China and the world with a proper historical point of view and with an overall picture in mind. The world today is witnessing unprecedented changes once in a century. Multi-polarization, economic globalization, social IT application and cultural diversity are experiencing a period of profound adjustment and the transformation of global governance system and the international order are gaining momentum. At the same time, we are facing unprecedented challenges imposed by the huge instability and uncertainty in the world. The tide of history represented by peace, development, cooperation and win-win results is advancing with irresistible force and there are adequate and favorable factors for maintaining the overall stability of the international order and promoting the common development of all countries. Mankind has become a close-knit community with shared future and the initiative of building a community with shared future for mankind has been acknowledged and accepted by more and more people from various countries. Standing high in popular favor in the world, China has been universally regarded by the international community as a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development and a defender of international order.
