On April 17, the “Professional Talents Big Data Forum?Internet+ Talents” of the 14th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals was held in Shenzhen.
Lu Ming, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, said in his speech that as there will be more foreign experts coming to China during the 13th Five-Year Plan, and there will be a greater need for relevant services and management, it is necessary to build up our professional talents big data platform.
Experts and scholars discussed the relationship between professional talents big data and education reform, talents evaluation systems, talent training, and introduction of international talents, and proposed a number of practical solutions.
Famous human resources scholars and big data experts attended the forum, and “1000 Foreign Experts Plan” winners were invited for discussions.
