The price of oil is not the only reason for the high logistic cost. China has some of the highest road tolls in the world, which is unreasonable and should be reduced.

An article published in China Daily a few weeks ago discussed this issue. China Central Television, too, telecast a news program to analyze this phenomenon. True, the authorities control oil prices. But it is impossible to reduce prices of such commodities without competition.
