It's nice when you can walk past as a tourist, not so great if it's by your window. Multiple groups playing loud, bad music through cheap tinny speakers until 10 pm or starting at 6 am and completely unresponsive to any requests to keep the noise down. Imagine if you have young kids who need to sleep but can't because a few 50-year-old women feel dancing is more important.
