On October 21 and 22, 2016 global business conference of Lovol Heavy Industry was held in Weifang. More than 200 dealer representatives from more than 30 countries around the world, chairman and general manager Wang Guimin, management team of overseas business division and relevant leaders from European business division and every manufactory business department attended the business conference. The Ethiopian ambassador to China Abebe Tadesse was invited to attend the meeting.
At the theme conference, chairman and general manager Wang Guimin gave a report entitled "Global Lovol?Innovate to Win the Future ". Mr. Wang pointed out in the report that Lovol International Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has achieved rapid development since its establishment and has grown to a machinery and equipment industry group now with agricultural equipment, construction machinery, core components and financial services as the core. In 2015, under the background the overall decline of global agricultural equipment and construction machinery market, Lovol maintained stable development and realized 2.92 billion dollar sales income from January to September, and is expected to realize annual sales income of 3.6 billion dollar with 3% increase year-on-year.
Mr. Wang pointed out that in the next 5-10 years, Lovol will continue to focus on agricultural equipment and construction machinery business and devote itself to be a leading brand of global non-road mobile machinery and equipment: agricultural equipment commits to providing a full set of solutions to the global professional farmers, with longitudinal expansion of agricultural business and transverse promotion of product structure upgrading, and develop 100 to 260 HP power shift tractor and 150 to 300 HP large grain harvesting machinery; engineering machinery will continue to enhance business competitiveness of the loaders, excavators and loader-diggers and create a world-renowned construction machinery brand.
Mr. Wang stressed that globalization is the core strategy of lovol. Lovol integrates global resources and has set up "China& Europe& Japan" global operation system initially, that is: operation centers in Europe and Japan will provide products, technology and management support to headquarter in China continuously. Later, global market development will focus on the establishment of 1+5 global market operation and control system. "1" refers to taking China as the center, making fully use of China's resource advantage and establishing global management headquarter and industrial center; "5" refers to taking Italy, Russia, the United States, Brazil and Thailand as the center and establishing five overseas regional market operations center. In the next 5-10 years, Lovol will continue to increase investment of the quality business strategy, integrate global resources, introduce international supply chain system and upgrade self-made investment and manufacturing equipment of such core components as engine and bridge box etc.to enhance the reliability of the products. By 2020, the quality of tractors will reach the benchmark level, and the quality of wheel grain harvester, crawler type grain harvester, loader and excavator reach 90% of benchmark level, which will be the cornerstone of globalization and sustainable development.
At the conference, deputy general manager and general manager of the overseas division Chang Jiamao gave a report entitled "Gratitude?Listening?Win-win".
Over the past ten years, oversea export of Lovol has made brilliant achievements. Lovol tractor of overseas market has cumulated to more than 100 thousand and always maintains the first of Chinese tractor export industry; Lovol grain harvester has cumulated to more than 3000; Lovol loader has cumulated to 13 thousand; Lovol excavator has cumulated to more than 1200. With successful implementation of project from key clients of Sultan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Mali, Senegal, Montenegro, Ethiopia etc., Lovol has accumulated rich experience in the operation of the project from key clients and all kinds of machinery and equipment have exported to more than 150 countries and regions.
38 global excellence distributors and service providers of overseas business were honored on the conference.
At the conference, Lovol signed 2016 distribution agreements with some dealers. Intention order of more than 500 machinery and equipment of all kinds signed at site and the value is more than 100 million Yuan, which achieved good effect of the meeting.
There were also new product press conference、demonstrations conference and technical exchange and training conference of Lovol P platform tractors with third generation, FL946F-II loader, AF88 rice harvester, Mater Macc planter and other new products during the meeting.
