Leaf painting prevails among children in Sanmenxia

A leaf painting display at Lingbao Experimental Primary School grabbed the attention of locals in Sanmenxia, Henan province.

The display was themed on autumn fruits and contained hundreds of leaf paintings created by pupils from the school. It highlighted children's creativity and ?manual craft skills.

The creative show stimulated children's imagination and their will to explore Mother Nature. It was held with the aim of cultivating their aesthetic judgment and a positive attitude toward life, according to a teacher from the school.

In addition to sports meetings and the development of a science education base, the leaf painting show is also part of the local government's efforts to increase the quality of education in Sanmenxia.
