Spring awakening at Gemu Nature Reserve

The Gemu Nature Reserve in Kangding county of southwest China's Sichuan province is known for its diverse landscape which includes snow-capped mountains, glaciers, ancient forests and idyllic pastures. The recent warm weather of spring has melted the snow to create flowing rivers and has brought wild flowers into bloom.
