Australian natural zeolite boosts immune system

SYDNEY - Natural zeolite can be used as a palliative care mineral to help boost the immune system of very sick people, according to Zeo One Australia Chief Executive Brett Holiday on Thursday.

"After years of research we now know how to naturally purify these amazing naturally negative charged honeycomb tunnels so they capture all the positively charged heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides," he told Xinhua.

Holiday noted we live on a toxic planet with over 75,000 new chemicals introduced in the last 60 years. Less than seven percent of these have been tested for their effect on people.

Zeolites are literally volcanic minerals with a unique, complex crystalline structure. Its honeycomb framework of cavities and channels act like cages, trapping heavy metals and toxins.

In fact, because it is one of the few negatively charged minerals in nature, zeolite acts as a magnet, drawing toxins to it, capturing them in its cage and removing them from the body.

Working at the cellular level, the natural properties of zeolite acts as a molecular sieve, or filtering agent, trapping positively charged atoms, ions and compounds, such as mercury, lead, pesticides and herbicides.

He said Australian natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) dates back 300 million years, the oldest in the world and the purity of the source is extremely high at 85-90 percent pure. The older and purer the original product the higher the quality. ?

"Most zeolites are only 3-20 million years old. Even though this raw zeolite is of extremely high quality, the honeycomb structures still must be purified before we can permit humans or pets to consume it," he added.
