A Shanghai stock tycoon surnamed Wu hung himself recently after a big loss at a Macau casino. Earlier this month, Wu went to Macau with 70 million yuan (US$8.4 million). According to friends, he wanted to win some quick money from gambling and cover his huge debts. After losing the cash, Wu committed suicide in a Macau hotel.
