Lee Young Ae to star in HK drama

即將于11月中下旬在廣東開(kāi)平開(kāi)機(jī)的24集抗日大戲《三年八個(gè)月》，近日傳出韓國(guó)天后李英愛(ài)加盟的消息。據(jù)《三年八個(gè)月》出品人蘇政勛透露，由于《三年八個(gè)月》是首部反映香港抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的電視作品，同時(shí)是抗戰(zhàn)題材的“豹尾”之作，因此引起了有關(guān)方面的高度重視。而出品方已通過(guò)有關(guān)方面邀請(qǐng)憑借《大長(zhǎng)今》紅遍全亞洲的李英愛(ài)加盟飾演一位由韓國(guó)逃到香港的著名韓國(guó)女畫(huà)家李知賢。

The 24-episode Hong Kong TV drama "The Three Years and Eight Months" about the war of Chinese resistance against Japanese invaders from 1937 to 1945 will start shooting at the second half of this month.

South Korean actress Lee Young Ae, who is popular to Chinese fans for her recent role in the high-rating TV series "Dae Jang Geum", will be cast in the eight episodes of the TV play as a Korean painter, who flees from Korean to Hong Kong during the war period.

Hong Kong stars Andy Lau, Eric Tsang, Sammi Cheng highly praised the drama to be meaningful and patriotic and said that if their schedules permit they would probably co-star in the TV series.
