World Aids Day coming

km (93 miles) northeast of Bangkok, November 28, 2005. According to
Thailand's Health Ministry, there have been 1.1 million AIDS patients in
the country in the past 21 years, about half of whom are still alive. The
government estimates there are 18,000 new infected patients this year,
mostly aged between 20 and 39. World Aids Day is commemorated around the
