Has Jennifer Aniston said no to pre-nup?

Despite the fact that Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn have not even confirmed their relationship, never mind their rumoured engagement, it is a little strange that reports regarding their pre-nuptial agreement have begun to surface.

Life & Style weekly are claiming that Aniston is hoping to avoid any sort of pre-nuptial agreement, with an insider citing Aniston as saying: "If we love and trust each other so much, which we do, why question what we have?"

"Isn't it enough that we're ready to commit to being married?"
Well, it should be, but as a divorced lady you'd think she off all people would know that marriages do not always last. However, she and ex-husband Brad Pitt did not have a pre-nup and were able to divide their assets amicably.

A friend of Vince's added: "Jen believes that planning for the end of a marriage before it even begins is the kiss of death."

However, friends are advising Aniston to think again unless she wants to see her hard earned $120million fortune halved.

Still, all of this is irrelevant as Jen and Vince could still be 'just friends', right?
