The NME magazine awards nominations have been both good and bad for troubled British singer Amy Winehouse - she has been nominated for the villain of the year as well as solo artist of the year.

The singer is currently in a rehabilitation centre and her nomination for the villain of the year has angered her father Mitch because the announcement came just a few days after she was admitted to rehab, mirror.co.uk reports.

He said: 'That's stupid. There are more important things to be worrying about.'
