The actress, who is 40 this month, told the publication: "I'm not a gorgeous young thing in Girls Aloud - we're old."
She said: "I'm asleep by nine o'clock most nights. Sometimes, I'll go out with Jeremy, if he's DJing, but we always come straight home."
