An underground utility compartment outside Lidu Park in Beijing’s Chaoyang district, Dec 5. Four people have been living in some of the compartments there for at least two years, said security guard Wei Zhonghua. “They usually come to the park to use the restroom around 8 am, and return quite late in the evening.
