Elements Restaurant at Hilton Beijing features Californian prune in its dishes at its dinner buffet, in collaboration with California Prune Board. Executive chef Jeffery Siew designs a wide selection of dishes featuring the sweetness and fragrance of California prunes. From starters to soups, the menu features different delicious prune, offering plenty of pleasant surprises. Recommended dishes are prune-flavored pumpkin soup, marinated salmon with California prune puree, prune-flavored beef tenderloin, and prunes in desserts for a sweet ending. Until July 31, 268 yuan per person, plus a 15 percent of surcharge.
