Gift of the Gods

At Gold, chef Harlan Goldstein is serving two grams of intoxicating white truffles on eight dishes. For the first taste of this "gift of the gods", try the prime beef tartare and burrata cheese with white truffle dressing - creamy, fresh, and decadent. For a traditional Alba-style recipe, order the simple tagliolini pasta with Italian white butter and parmigiano (pictured).
