Tortilla pancakes

before frying next one – remove all wheat from the pan!

Fried pancakes You can serve hot, with fillings, or as a kind of bread.

You can also make "tortilla frying session" once, and then store fried tortillas deep-frozen (I freeze it separated in the foil bags)

I didn't count exactly how much flour I used, but it must be between 0,5 and 0,7 kgtotal, no more, and I had about 20 tortillas)

On the picture is a maybe bit less... because few was used for "testing" :)
