Diaoye's Tenderloin is scheduled to open on May 20. Among the signature dishes are two secret recipes for beef tenderloin, which the owner bought from Hong Kong "god of cookery" Dai Long. Dai is the prototype of God of Food, a film by Hong Kong comical filmmaker Stephen Chow. Besides a very savory beef noodles in chicken broth, and curry beef with rice, the other unique features of the restaurant include four different Chinese teas for the guests, and waitresses wearing black facemasks to add a sense of mystery. - Ye Jun
