Horse burger. Mongolian eatery Khublai Khans, in Glasgow, serves hungry customers horse burgers and chips - or a barbecued horse fillet - as a guest meat since the beginning of January 2013. Despite customers knowing exactly what's in their food, restaurant bosses said that serving horse meat had actually improved business. Restaurant owner Andrew McRobbie said they started selling horse meat a few weeks before the horsemeat scandal broke, and it was pretty popular. [Photo/IC]
