Black rice treats in summertime

This photo shows a staff member at a restaurant in the city of Lin'an, Zhejiang province, making black rice foods as summer approaches. As a local saying goes, after eating black rice, you will not suffer from heatstroke in summer and can avoid attacks from mosquitoes and other bugs.
