Seafood lovers looking for unforgettable experience will be impressed by the three-layer seafood tower at Brasserie 1893 in the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. The tower features a world of sea creatures of the best quality, from French wild oyster, Boston lobster, Alaska king crab to Norway langoustines. The three-layer feast is served in a cart with mist generated by the dry ice, and the chef will demonstrate the way to open oysters and introduces every delicacy. The seafood tower (1998 yuan plus service charge) requires 24 hours reservation in advance.
