Get a taste of spring from Cindy's new dishes

The new dishes at Cindy's Cafe say a lot about spring, from the mint flavored conch salad, to the fish maw with edible flowers and red velvet cake with rose petals. The dishes are not only picture-perfect but also tasty. The "tofu pudding" was a surprise as it turned out to be chicken. The chicken breast was excellently blended, resulting in a soft and fluffy texture that could rival the tenderness of tofu.
