男孩借3D打印裝機械手
據美國中文網援引英國《每日郵報》網站的報道稱，美國堪薩斯州9歲男孩馬修（Matthew Shields）由于疾病，生下來時右手只有大拇指。這嚴重影響了他與其他人的交往。日前他借助3D打印機擁有了一只機械手，人也變得自信起來。
烏克蘭基輔騷亂致27人死亡
據英國《每日郵報》網站2月19日報道，烏克蘭兩萬名反政府示威者日前在首都基輔獨立廣場上與警方發生激烈沖突，至少27人死亡。目前雙方已經達成停火協議，暴力沖突有望結束。
朝鮮慶祝金正日誕辰
據韓國媒體2月16日報道，當天是朝鮮已故領導人金正日誕辰72周年，朝鮮民眾紛紛前往金正日雕像前拜謁。朝鮮最高領導人金正恩16日零時到安放金日成、金正日遺體的錦繡山太陽宮拜謁。 此外，為迎接金正日誕辰日(即朝鮮光明星節），朝鮮首都平壤從14日開始舉行了第18屆“金正日花節”。
首批敘霍姆斯難民撤出
在敘利亞政府與聯合國方面就保證平民從霍姆斯老城戰區撤出一事達成停火協議后，首批11名霍姆斯市平民已于7日下午2時許乘大巴車從老城戰區撤出。
