They fired the man after seeing the video, because, they said, he claimed he had taken sick leave due to work-related stress. I don't know about you, but a trip to the beach in Australia sounds like a great way to relieve stress from work. That's the definition of injustice.

If you are stressed out at work, you should consider beginning to take naps. Studies show napping as an adult has many health benefits like enhancing performance, relieving stress and improving your mood. In 1999, a Boston professor created National Napping Day in the US. But don't nap too long. Experts say napping for too many hours can have negative impacts on your health. If one of your good friends is a habitual nap-taker, here are a few ways to make sure they don't oversleep.
