習(xí)近平：確保中韓關(guān)系行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)

The leaders of China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) on Thursday agreed to advance bilateral relations to ensure the long-term stability of their ties.
中韓兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人一致同意推動(dòng)雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展，確保中韓關(guān)系行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。

會(huì)談中，習(xí)近平主席就雙邊關(guān)系及朝鮮半島問題發(fā)表了看法。

關(guān)于雙邊關(guān)系，習(xí)近平指出：

中韓是友好近鄰和戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。
China and the ROK are friendly neighbors and strategic cooperation partners.

建交25年來，兩國各領(lǐng)域交流合作取得顯著發(fā)展，給雙方帶來巨大利益。
The two countries have made remarkable progress in exchanges and cooperation in various fields, which has brought tremendous benefits to both sides.

前段時(shí)間，由于眾所周知的原因，中韓關(guān)系出現(xiàn)一些波折，給雙方如何在相互尊重彼此核心利益基礎(chǔ)上更好開辟兩國關(guān)系未來，提供了鏡鑒和啟示。
There have been some twists and turns in China-ROK relations for reasons known by all, which have provided enlightenment for both sides on how to create a better future together on the basis of mutual respect for each other's core interests.

中方重視同韓方關(guān)系，愿同韓方一道，牢記兩國建交的初心，以兩國人民福祉為念，秉持尊重彼此核心利益和重大關(guān)切的基本原則，堅(jiān)持以誠相待的為鄰之道，把握互利共贏的合作宗旨，推動(dòng)中韓戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系始終健康穩(wěn)定地走在正確發(fā)展軌道上。
China attaches great importance to relations with the ROK and is ready to work with the ROK to maintain the original intention of establishing diplomatic relations and take full account of the well-being of the two peoples. Both countries should uphold the basic principle of respecting each other's core interests and major concerns as well as the principle of treating each other as neighbors with sincerity. The two sides should adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation to ensure that the development of bilateral relations is on the right track.

中共十九大給包括韓國在內(nèi)周邊國家同中國的合作帶來更加廣闊的前景。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has brought broader prospects for China's cooperation with its neighboring countries, including the ROK.

中韓要加強(qiáng)政治溝通，夯實(shí)互信基礎(chǔ)。要發(fā)揮好高層溝通對(duì)兩國關(guān)系的重要引領(lǐng)作用，加強(qiáng)各層級(jí)對(duì)話，用好兩國立法機(jī)構(gòu)、政黨間交流機(jī)制。
The two sides should strengthen political communication, cement the foundation of mutual trust, and make good use of the exchange mechanism between legislative bodies and political parties of the two countries.

中方歡迎韓方參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)，愿推動(dòng)“一帶一路”同韓國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接。
China welcomes the ROK's participation in the Belt and Road construction, hoping to promote the alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative with the ROK's development strategy.

雙方要加強(qiáng)青年、教育、科技、媒體、體育、衛(wèi)生、地方等領(lǐng)域交往，助力中韓關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)長遠(yuǎn)健康發(fā)展。
Exchanges in areas such as youth, education, science and technology, media, sports, health and local affairs should be increased for the long-term and stable development of bilateral ties.

關(guān)于朝鮮半島問題，習(xí)近平表示：

必須堅(jiān)持半島無核化目標(biāo)不動(dòng)搖，絕不允許半島生戰(zhàn)生亂，半島問題最終要通過對(duì)話協(xié)商解決。
We must unswervingly uphold the goal of a nuclear-free peninsula and never allow war or chaos on the peninsula. China believes that ultimately, the Korean Peninsula issue could only be solved through dialogue and consultation.

中韓兩國在維護(hù)半島和平穩(wěn)定方面有著重要的共同利益。
China and the ROK have important common interests in maintaining peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.

我們愿繼續(xù)同韓方就維穩(wěn)防戰(zhàn)、勸和促談加強(qiáng)溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。
China will continue to strengthen communication and coordination with the ROK on maintaining stability and preventing wars on the Korean Peninsula and promoting peace and talks.

中方也將繼續(xù)支持半島南北雙方通過對(duì)話接觸改善關(guān)系，推進(jìn)和解合作，這有助于半島問題的和緩和解決。
China supports the continued improvement of the relations between the two countries on the Korean Peninsula through dialogues and contacts, which will help ease tensions and finally settle the issue.
