When it comes to eveningwear, lately Sienna's been snapped at formal events in sack dresses with crocheted necklines.

"She's usually covered up from the chest upwards, whether it's by a higher-cut neckline, a scarf of some kind, a wrap or large jewelry," notes McNamee.

A structured bubble skirt that skims the upper thigh is another good Sienna garment for summer, according to McNamee.

If these choices seem surprising, just you wait until 2007 hits.

"She's at least a year ahead of the trends," says McNamee.

THE SHOES

Like a go-go dancer, Sienna is most often cruising around in high boots.

The brand-new Diego Montefusco boots at Lord's Shoes on South Granville are what owner Jacqueline Noland prescribes for Sienna's boots-upon-jeans look. They feature a concentric circle motif over the ankle, plus they're wedges (tres Austin Powers).

"I see her in something with a little more fun to it, a shoe that isn't drowned out by the outfit but complements it," says Noland.

At five-foot-six, Sienna doesn't shy away from adding a little extra height.

"She wears sexy, strappy sandals and high heels," says Noland.

But only if they elevate her outfit to a few levels beyond classic, like the scarlet velvet pumps she recently paired with a dark outfit.

THE ACCESSORIES

"She's a fan of layering necklaces, so you'll see her not with one strand, but several strands," says McNamee of Off the Wall Clothing. "She'll usually wear them down into the cleavage if not a little bit longer."

Large hoop earrings in gold sparkle beneath her newly shorn hair, while an oversized, slouchy bag is the ticket for both day and evening. Sienna is also fond of the dark captain-style hat.

And to top it off, the perfect item for (unsuccessfully) warding off shutterbugs: buggy sunglasses.

THE HAIR

Ian Daburn of i.daburn salon in Yaletown masterfully remodelled Ramler's hair into the perfect mod-chic coiffure.

"It's like two haircuts in one -- the top is a lot longer than the underneath," he says.

First, colourist Tanya Jackson applied highlights in two tones to Ramler's chestnut hair: a sandy honey blond on the nape and a baby blond to frame the face.

Daburn then cut the hair to create a shattered look that is mostly worn pushed forward.

"It will look really cool tucked behind the ears as well though," says Daburn.

"Most faces do suit this, but it's much nicer on a small face," he says, explaining that the cut would have to be slightly modified to frame round or really long faces.

Daburn used three L'Oreal Professional products on Ramler's locks: Liss Cream for heat protection, Pure Gloss for shine and Material to add texture. But don't let that fool you into thinking this is a pristine 'do.

"It's really a very messy style," he says.

THE MAKEUP

"She looks like a vaseline-on-the-lips kind of gal," says Barbie Murphy of BeautyMark, who did Ramler's makeup.

Murphy used Body & Soul Glitz moisturizer mixed into a sheer foundation by Cargo to create a dewy glow. Apart from that, a couple of coats of mascara would probably mimic Sienna's laid-back, everyday approach to makeup.

But for her nighttime look, which is the look Murphy chose for Ramler, a black liner, brown shadow, lots of mascara, false eyelashes and a bit of "barely there" berry-hued stain on the lips is the basic recipe. Murphy used Cargo's Smoky Eye product to draw attention to Ramler's blue eyes, and lined the inside rims with a white pencil for a clean appearance.

Finally, Sienna's brows reflect the actress's tomboy-cum-fashionista approach.

"Sienna's brows are well-kept, but they're full. She doesn't do pencil-thin, she just enhances her arch," says Murphy.
