Partygirl Sarah takes care of herself by working out at the gym and recently has been learning to play polo

Clearly, all that hard work is paying off. Recently Girls Alouds' resident action girl went horse riding for a reality TV show.

Passions, to be screened on ITV2 next February, shows Girls Aloud fulfilling life-long ambitions, and featured Sarah travelling to Argentina to learn polo.

Sarah said: "I had a great time, but I was in agony and covered in bumps. I used to do some showjumping when I was little, but this was really bad."
