Shao Kai, Chairman and President of Beijing RayooTech Company

Shao Kai began working at UFIDA Software Company in 1991. As senior vice president he led the company's R&D staff in developing dozens of software products. He also presided over market development, sales and service support for UFIDA's high-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products. He has made outstanding contributions promoting domestic ERP software to the Chinese market.

In 2003, he founded Beijing UFIDA Software Engineering Company to provide software and information technology services to global customers. The enterprise quickly strengthened its high-end IT planning and consulting capacity, software service platform R&D ability, project management and global delivery system. At the beginning of 2009, the enterprise was renamed Beijing RayooTech Company to meet its restructuring and listing needs.

To date, Beijing RayooTech Company has received the following qualifications: SEI CMMI L5, BSI ISO27001, and ISO9001. It is also among the first chosen batch of A-class enterprises in the "China Offshore Software Engineering Project" (COSEP) launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The company has been included on the list of "Key Software Enterprises for National Planning" since 2005.

Shao Kai now serves as chairman of China IT Services Innovation Alliance, deputy director of the enterprise working committee of the China Computer Federation, and vice president of the Beijing Software Industry Association.

He was honored as a "National Outstanding Private Technology Entrepreneur" and "Beijing Outstanding Entrepreneur". He also was included on the "Top 10 People with Outstanding Contributions for Chinese Service Outsourcing" list in 2010 and 2011.
